    Happy new tax year, all 🤣! It feels weird not putting anything into the LISA, in fact I've even had to dismiss an annual reminder that's popped up this morning - all for the greater good, though!

    Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
    Cleared 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
    Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed

    Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!

    I suspect I'll be a bit like that with my SIPP this year. We need to put £2,400+ in ISAs, so needs must change our habits 😕

    Possibly useless information, but if you have a pension pot <£10k it can be useful to keep separately if you still want to pay into your pension. Details are here:

    I also don’t like this text editor… I’m struggling to use it. Why doesn’t it automatically have capitals at the start of a sentence/post when typing on a phone? Really irritating.
