No return for faulty phone

Second attempt to persuade the shop to take action was successful! Went back armed with consumer rights which state that they should refund if they can't repair. Same supervisor, same call by her to customer services but this time they agreed to refund. Also pointed out to her that we had initially taken it back on day 30 since receiving it, although 32 days since ordering. I believe the latter date is the one which counts. Anyway, successful result!0
