Hi,
Im thinking of investing I have two businesses and was wondering should I invest money from my company or from my sole trader business?
I read about capitial gains tax and both seem to have benifits if I lose the money, I've asked my accountant and he said sole trader might be better as you can off set any loses. But Im sure you can do that with a limited company.

It depends on a lot of things, most importantly the nature of the proposed investment.0

Really depends on amount of cash you're investing and what your exit strategy is - you should speak to an accountant really to optimise this0

- Where do the funds originate from that are to be invested?
- What is the intended purpose of the investment funds when they mature?
