Collinson at St Pancras, any experience?

Hi, we are hopefully traveling back to the UK on the 30th and will be arriving at St Pancras. I was originally looking to get our day 2 PCR tests delivered at home, but because it's over the New Year I'm a bit worried about delays and such. I was now looking at getting our PCR done at the Collinson test centre at St Pancras, because it might speed things up.
Has anyone had any experience with them at all? Reviews online are mixed but those include other Collinson locations so it's difficult to find out if they're good or not. My husband needs to start teaching on the 5th so we really need our results in a decent amount of time.
Thanks!

Queues can be a bit chaotic there, but otherwise should be ok. I understand they have 2 options, one gives results within a few hours but costs a lot more.I was thinking of using it, but the £129 price tag was more than I wanted to pay, in the end I used randox for £43 and had the result overnight.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
