Smart toilet/ bidet toilet / Japanese toilet ???

Has anyone had an experience buying the Japanese smart toilets?
looking to get the family bathroom refitted and would love one of these but don’t know what to buy. 

I want something long term so not looking for a seat only, want the full toilet.

My wife and her brother own a high-end bathroom supply and installation business.  They have a 'smart' toilet in their showroom 'facility'.  It is nicccceeeeeee...........  Light goes on and lid lifts up as you enter the room.  The (Heated) Seat lifts at the touch of a button and a built in bidet cleans you up when you have finished.

No, just adds items to your shopping list as it detects you've run out
