Is anyone else unable to get into their Halifax / Lloyds / BoS online banking? I keep getting errors on both the websites and the apps...

Mine seems to be working through the Android App0

Looks like it's resolved now. On the website I was getting "We are sorry that our internet banking is currently unavailable. Please try again shortly". Seems to be okay now for me too.
