As you now have more than paras 2 and 3 - and therefore have to renumber the subsequent paras - you have altered the reference to point 5 accordingly.

Hi All,

i was given a court date for first week feb 2023 , then- I got a letter from dcb legal asking me to settle out of court but I ignored, my witness statement was ready to go, only for me to wake up to an email saying they have decided to discontinue the court case and that the court has been informed.
These people are a joke! after wasting over a year of my time.

is there really a way to confirm that the case has been discontinued?

Also, I want to really appreciate everyone here who has helped in this journey. you are much appreciated. many thanks

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.
