Hi
I was just after some advice. I took out a joint mortgage with Halifax in October. As expected my credit score dipped having had a hard search.
I was just after some advice. I took out a joint mortgage with Halifax in October. As expected my credit score dipped having had a hard search.
However it has continue to dip week on week and almost 200 points lower than when I applied for my mortgage. I have taken out utilities in my name at our new house. So not too bothered.
The problem for me though is that my mortgage is showing on all credit reports part from Experian. That’s the file that has nose dived my score by nearly 200 points.
Does anyone have any similar circumstances/ know why it’s not showing on there?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Tia

It's fine. Your credit score isn't a real indication of anything and won't be seen by anyone.
Just ensure the data is accurate.
If Halifax don't report to Experian, it won't appear on that file.1 -
Thanks for that info. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t, and why my score continues to drop only on Experian. Very strangeDeleted_User said:It's fine. Your credit score isn't a real indication of anything and won't be seen by anyone.

Because not all lenders report to all CRAs,
And as for your score, it's dropping simply because it's got into the habit of dropping, Nothing to worry about and there's no correlation across any of the pretend scores from the CRAs.0
