Kitchen tap

Options
In the house we have moved to, the kitchen tap is a strange one. It's in 2 parts, you have the bit where the water comes from but the control is a separate lever.

I want to replace it but can't find anything similar.

Unless you are going to also change the worktop, you will be constrained to a "two hole" mixer tap, along the lines of this one: Kitchen Sink Mixer Taps Lever Chrome 1/4 Turn Easy Use 2 Hole Deck Mounted : Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools

You will need to measure the distance between the centre of the holes in your worktop, and compare this to the distance between the two holes that the new mixer tap needs.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

You could replace it with any single hole tap and use a blanking plate for the other hole.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

    Similar taps do exist, e.g.

However, it makes more sense either to blank the extra hole or get a tap with a rinser. e.g.
