Drivers doing this seriously need to be looking at some form of prosecution or have pruning shears taken to their plums.0

Here on the A1 I often travel for miles behind two or more commercial vehicles playing leapfrog. I have started noting how many miles it takes before they release the long queue that has built up behind them, Often well over 5 miles!0
