Cancelled test and refund

I booked and paid for (Tesco Credit Card) two covid tests with Randox in October - the tests were booked for January 1st. They were the rules in place at the time to fly to the USA, however the rules changed and now we have to get tested the day before at Heathrow. Randox does not test at Heathrow so I have booked with someone else and have filled in the cancellation form (twice now) because if we give 24 hours notice we can have a refund.
I have not had any acknowledgement and I don't want them to say I have not given enough notice. Any suggestions?
