Cathay Pacific cancellation help

Hi all - I have a ticket booked with Cathay Pacific back to my home country Australia for New Year's that I need to cancel. I didn't read some (what i consider sneaky) small print which means their special covid cancellation policy still requires a hefty payout, but I've had messages in the past few days telling me the flight departure time has changed. It's a long shot but I was wondering if anyone knows if I have increased rights to cancel a flight if the departure time has been changed from the original ticket, even by as little as an hour. Thanks!

section 10 in conditions of carriage states
"If, after you purchase your Ticket, we make a significant change to the scheduled flight time, which is not acceptable to you, and we are unable to book you on an alternate flight which is acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Article 11."

It will depend on their definition of 'significant' some airlines use 3 hours, some 5, packages use 12. For official regulations (is same as EU261, it would be 5 hours)1
