Is it the TV / HDMI cable (or port) / FreeSat box ???

Our main TV runs off the Satellite Dish (no Ariel).
We have (only) a Freesat Recordable 4K TV Box attached to it via a HDMI cable (via the TV's own HDMI TV slot/port), and a soundbar.
Lately, we have come downstairs on a morning & nothing will come on until all have been switched off at the mains & switched back on again (sometimes twice) - like a re-boot - this is having to be done every morning.
We have tried switching the TV on first; the Freesat on first - but no - switch them off at mains & they come back on...until today.
Today the HDMI cable had to be changed (again) to get anything back on.....
This is the 2nd Freesat Recordable 4K TV Box we have had in about 3 months - the first one was faulty & had to be returned - thinking back we connected a different HDMI cable to the original Freesat box to try to get it working....
the TV only has until the middle of January left to run on it's warranty - I called them & they said they would take the TV away (without temp replacement) which would leave us without TV over Xmas (I've left that as an option until after Xmas).
However - after today - I'm not sure it's the TV - it may be the FreeSat box / cable - it's been exchanged once - but then again I cannot believe it's the same fault again
Is it the TV causing the Freesat Recordable 4K TV Box &/or cable to fault - or vice-versa? or even the TV's own HDMI TV slot/port?
I feel like I'm in a catch 22 situation.
Can anyone advise please? - and please dont be technical talk!

if it were me i would disconnect the hdmi cable when i go to bed so the tv and the box are not in any way connected.
when you get up, check if either fail to switch on - that may eliminate one.
os your tv also freesat? you could disconnect the two dish cables from the freesat box and connect direct to tv and see how that goes.2 -

It's a UE40KU6400U LED 4K Ultra Smart HD 402 Freeview Freesat HD - the "box" was simply for recording.0 -
Following yesterday's replacement of HDMI cable - switched the TV, then box on this morning & hey presto - all worked OK first time !
I don't believe it!
So it must be the HDMI connection or cable - mustn't it ???

If it happens again please let us know where your two cables from your satellite dish are plugged - the TV or the box.0 -
If the cable was faulty it could have been shorting the V+ voltage feeds to the signal bus in the Freesat box which was causing them to fail0

The 1st box used/trashed 2 x cables; and to date, this new box (or the TV!) has now used 2 x cables.
Until we can get somebody to check the TV, and it's HDMI socket - (after xmas/whilst its under warranty) -I've got a couple of spare HDMI cables in case it happens again!
