With no decent tariffs to switch to, what can I do?

Hi MSE Forum peeps,

So, my current combined fixed-energy tariff, " Exclusive Energy Feb 2022 " from British Gas will be coming to an end in January 2022.

Not sure what to do when it does come to an end, as energy market prices are at an all-time high.

Would love to hear from anyone who is in the same boat as me or has recently experienced the end of a fixed tariff and has switched/not switched to another tariff.

Your advice will be much appreciated.

Happy holidays and best wishes to all

All the recommendations are to do nothing and you will be put onto standard variable tariff. That will be the best deal at least until April when the next OFGEM cap level comes along currently forecast to be a 40% increase.
