8 weeks with a faulty oven

Hiya, thermostat has gone in my oven (was within warranty when I reported it) has now been 8 weeks waiting for a part, currys have now told me I can get an exchange but I need an uplift code, apparently no one can give me the code. Every department I have spoken to says they can’t do it and to speak to another department. I’ve been pushed from pillar to post for weeks and now it is highly unlikely that I will have an oven for Christmas dinner. Please help! What do I do now? Everyone at currys tells me they cannot help
