How to apply for PIP on-line

Useful for non speakers like myself 

From 30 November 2021, customers who make a claim via the New Claims telephone line
are able to request their claim is dealt with digitally. Currently a third party is not able to
request this for customers who cannot call the New Claims telephone line.
Alternative formats (including email) are however available to customers who cannot use an 
telephone,

A written request can be sent to Personal Independence Payment to start the DLA to PIP
Reassessment journey. This can be sent to the below address. A PIP1 data gather
form will be issued to a customer’s home address and within this form, Email as an
alternative format can be requested. All further correspondence will then be issued

via email.

A representative on a customer’s behalf, can contact the PIP New Claims telephone line
to start the DLA to PIP Reassessment journey. They can request a PIP1 data gather
form is issued to a customer’s home address and within this form, Email as an
alternative format can be requested. All further correspondence will then be issued
via email.

There is apparently a problem with the assumption that DWP are allowing applications via Email

They are not releasing the actual address that they claim to be using.......

You have to ask for it during the initial application - they will not give it out after this point
