recieving money for services from overseas

hello, I'm trying to work out what would be a safe and affordable way to receive money from overseas. Money would be paid from a Greek bank and I would either want to receive in GBP or transfer to GBP myself. Options seem to be PayPal, but fees are very high really. Will be a couple of transactions a year of around 4000 - 5000 euros. Also saw on another forum about Wise and Fineco. I'm a bit lost so any help would be great.

With Wise and/or Fineco UK accounts you can receive the funds directly in euros and convert to GBP at your own convenience and minimum cost before sending to your regular account(s).Make sure to have completed your personal verification with such accounts, and be ready to provide source of funds proof.Revolut used to be excellent for this sort of thing, but now their customer service is virtually nonexistent unless you upgrade to a level with monthly fees.Evolution, not revolution0
