Bell Telematics Policy cancelled out of nowhere?

it works just fine. i had it for 7 years out of my 9 years of driving. never had an issue other than at the time when car was written off but after a complaint was made i was allowed to transfer the policy.

had telematics from co-op, insure the box, bell, and mileage tracker from by miles also.

Ah right, it was fine apart from that time when it wasn't.
