Yes, you can't use the POFA if admitting to driving, correct.

Do you think the landowner authority covers everything? Does it have a site map and definitions and instructions about parking charges that can be issued?  Is it in date?  Signed by the valid landowner?

@Coupon-mad. The site map isn’t appended to the legal stuff (attached), but the rest looks comprehensive.  Again, would welcome a second opinion.

Did the claimant redact the names and signatures on the contract? If so, you should have a look at Johnersh's thread about "redactions in disclosure".

£30 commission per paid PCN, issued from self ticketing...despite the fact the BPA banned that, 3 or 4 years ago.  I realise that this contract was dated 2017 but they have provided it as current in 2022.

As an extra line of attack against this scam PCN, report them to the BPA and show them that agreement, pointing out the £30 bounty for self-ticketing, which is a clear breach of the BPA Code of Practice.

Send the complaint to the Head of AOS, Sara Roberts, show her the URL link to this thread and mention that this contract has been provided to you as the current one:

    sara.r@britishparking.co.uk

BTW, if they are prepared to pay £30 bounty for a PCN paid at the discount (£60) then this sort of set up shows the industry can certainly cope with a £50 PCN discounted to £25, with no bounty incentives allowed.

Update...  despite needing to file my Defence by a 25 March deadline, the court date has just been advised as 15 July, so loads of time for the rest.

@Coupon-mad, sounds like a plan will do.  Thanks.

Indeed.  A shining example of their "service".  Although I struggle to understand what they bring to the table or why Minster Baywatch get involved.  Seems very convoluted, probably deliberately.  Interesting Bransby Wilson don't get mentioned on the licence (above).
