Undelivered parcels

I recently purchased some coffee online through a seller I've bought from before. I was sent order confirmation and tracking info. Tracking my parcel I could see it was with Yodel. It arrived with them on the 3rd of December and estimated delivery was the 6th Dec. By the 9th still sat in their Leeds hub. No communication. I enquired with seller( skullcrusher coffee) to be told they'll chase Yodel. Nothing. Until I check on the 14thDec to see my parcel was returned to seller on 14th.
Tried to contact seller, all automated help emails. I've raised a dispute with PayPal who I used to pay with and am currently waiting to hear. From a quick bit of research I can see Yodel are notorious for not delivering and Skull crusher coffee are very bad at dealing with complaints/refunds...just wanted to warn others about them and also maybe get some guidance...they've had my money since Nov 29th and no product or refund as yet! Be warned!
