Parking Eye at City of Coventry Health Centre

I have reviewed the evidence provided by the operator and although I acknowledge the payment made only covered up to 2 hours parking, they have not shown how the machine works, so that I can be satisfied that the error was that of the motorist had they needed to select a tariff amount.I note the operator has made reference to evidence provided that the responsibility to select the correct tariff lies with the motorist however, there is no images of the payment machines within the case file and the signage does not made reference to this.In this case, on this occasion, I cannot be satisfied that the fault was indeed that of the motorist.

Hello,
There is another issue with the Coventry Health Centre Car Park, maybe someone on this thread can help with.
It is received a Parking Charge Notice on September 2022 about an unpaid ticket on April 2021. It is impossible to keep a parking ticket for 17 months, so it cannot be proved it was paid.
Is there any recommendation? How can this be appealed?
The attendance to the health centre during that month was often (definitely more than 3) and one link from above posts says they should provide free parking to regular patience. Will this be an option?
Thanks for your help.

You've jumped on a thread from last December and unlikely to get any advice here from anyone on that thread; recommended advice to all new posters is to read the NEWBIE sticky, which can be found on the first page of the forum and then start your own thread, where you can be given bespoke advice if you didn't find it in the NEWBIE sticky.2
