Issue date on the n1 form is 24th November 2021 and I did the AOS on 30/11

With a Claim Issue Date of 24th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 29th December to file your Defence.

That's a little over a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

I hadn't realised it was too wordy. I have cut the irrelevant bits out I think. It is my first time doing this so apologies for lack of knowledge.

The facts as known to the Defendant:

    2.       It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.

The Defendant admits to being the driver.

    3. On entering the car park the signage is difficult to read as it does not have it own illumination and it is on the opposite side of the driveway making the conditions of parking and prices easily misread. The signage is relying on borrowed light and positioned as such that parking to read is dangerous due to the road.

Change 2 to keeper and driver , but liability is denied , lose the admitted driver sentence , so one sentence only

When we say keep it concise , we mean it
