Hermes vent

I was expecting a parcel today with Hermes, I put leave in porch on the delivery information and opened the porch door when I got the estimated time. It has apparently been delivered at 11.51 this morning with a photo, but it hasn’t arrived here. The proof of delivery photo is bad and isn’t of my property. The gps pin says it’s my road. I’ve taken a walk up the road to see if there’s anything I recognise or can see my parcel, but there’s nothing. I am hoping whoever’s got it will drop it round.

Yes, I know. I have checked down our side entry and peered through the gap in the fence to the neighbours and it's not been put over her gate. I think they can't deliver all of their parcels so they take a random photo of ones they can't do and say it has been delivered so they get paid/get their bonus or whatever.
Then it actually turns up the next day. In our village the guy/girl takes photos that are just a black square! You couldn't make it up.0 -
Well we have got our parcel, it went to the house next door. I tried 2 doors away as next door was out and he confirmed that the wall was next doors extension. I do get a dodgy hermes delivery driver occasionally - one day I had a parcel successfully delivered with a photo of my front door open on the tracking, the following day another parcel but the driver added a random (similar) door to the tracking, it definitely wasn't our door and there were no similar doors at either of the 10 houses each side so it seemed dodgy. Rang the retailer who could see the difference between the two doors when I pointed them out and refunded me in full.
