You won't, presumably you have signed an agreement so that this company gets your tax refund and they will send you whatever you are entitled to after they deduct their fee.
This is one of their websites,

ah, thanks so much for that. I will contact HMRC and ask them not to accept any claims from them i think.0

But it probably has a time limit i.e. any claims for years to 5 April 2021 so may not apply for future tax years but would for future claims for the earlier tax years.0 -
i received a letter recently too saying i over paid by £25ish and they have sent a cheque to brooksdale. i have never heard of them before either and have never signed anything. I did however use the claims guys for PPI claims a few years back for store cards and credit cards. reading through responses here, does this mean they have shared my details without my permission? since receiving the letter, i have received a text message from brooksdale with a link for me to give them my details. I refuse to share any details over a link that someone has sent to me. its not worth the risk, especially for the sake of £25.
However, if i have overpaid, id rather it be in my pocket than the tax mans... how can i claim this back without this company being involved?0 -

The Claims Guys privacy policy clearly states they will share your data with Brooksdale so there is no data sharing that you have not agreed to.

Is it possible to readdress the privacy policy signed with the claims guys or brooksdale ltd?0

Brooksdale's Tax refund !!! Once again... Just want to bring this company to the forefront again.... I am not going to accept the refund from the Tax Office on the grounds the company Brooksdale's use Bac's .. They want my N.I number Passport photo date of birth bank details account and sort code numbers... Sorry I would rather not claim it.. than lose my ID. sometime in the future.. when this company actually goes Bankrupt. Or Liquidation whatever...I tried to explain that I was having difficulties and they just keep repeating in bad english grammar that they need all the information to enable them to process this TODAY !! I haven't got the time to keep repeating myself.. I cannot remember signing anything allowing this company to search for any Tax rebates...0
