Return faulty goods can I get a refund

I bought a Saucepan and frying pan set from Ninja in April this year, I have sent back to them 3 saucepans and a frying pan which have become faulty. I sent them back in good faith as they requested these back before they will send out replacements. I have since found out that they have no stock and are unable to send replacements, so on the telephone with them on the weekend I asked for a refund so that I can go and replace these myself as I am now without these items for Christmas. They told me that they will not refund me as the items are over their 10 days returns policy but they have a 10 year warranty. Obviously as I bought these as a set so I wanted a full refund and the remaining items picked up as I do not want to mix and match my set. Question is am I in my rights to do this and do they need to comply with consumer rights as the items are not fit for purpose as they became faulty in less than 7months and also they are unable to replace the items because of stock issues.

Over 6 months you have to prove they were faulty. Going to be very hard given you no longer have them.

Christmas doesn't have a bearing on things - they're entitled to take some time to source a replacement (but only a reasonable amount of time).
What timescale have they quoted you?0 -

A complete set becoming faulty in the space of 7 months suggests either very substandard construction with maybe the non-stick peeling off, or misuse on the grand scale by the user.

So not all of the set. 👍Life in the slow lane0 -

Those rivets holding the handles on would be my bet. If the riveting is substandard they would soon become loose. The ZEROSTICK coating 'guaranteed never to flake or peel' is another contender.0
