Looking to find out my rights in relation to a new pcp deal  change of car, I was advised mileage and cost would be the same for new car however on double checking mileage it’s less than before, previously had 10000 per annum now only 6000 per annum, car dealership are saying I now need to pay more. I’ve had the car 1 day, can I cancel my pcp contract?

Yes, but you would then be liable to pay the balance.

6000 and I previously had 10000.  My fault for not double checking I guess

You have hit the nail on the head - although I understand the frustration of the dealer saying one thing and delivering another.  Many are slippery characters and I wouldn't trust any of them.  A fine-toothed comb is required when checking their documentation.
