    Sorry if you've said OP but either visit your Purchase History and open a return stating the item isn't as described or chat with eBay from the help pages.

    At the bottom I see have us call you or email us, you might not have the call option but I think you should have chat if not, bear mind these options might not be available 24/7 but should be day time and evening.

  • I have had several problems over the years with Ebay and their "money back guarantee" - that ensures you do NOT have a guarantee unless your purchase meets a long list of criteria.

    If you really were into It you'd realise that a FOUR TERRABYTE SSD for less than £40 was a total scam  :disappointed:

    I bet if you crack it open you'll find a rubbish USB flash drive.
