Credit club login problems

Ive just failed a credit check, first time in 43 years work and i need to see my experian report. ive not logged into the credit club for a while and cant remember the password, no matter how often i click the reset password option and fill in my email, i get no email sent. frustrating. I cant set up a new account as it recognises my email

get the free report from Experian directly, you need to do it on their site1
