What bulb or how to remove?

I'm trying to see what bulb this is, but unable to easily remove it. I assumed it would be GU10, but not twisting at all. Bracket clipped in and ideally I wouldn't pull out.

'How do I get this bulb out' is quite a common question on this forum. The answer is pretty much always 'get the whole fitting down and then it becomes obvious'.

Yes it might turn out to be a simple twist out or something, but once it's down, you'll see what's going on. Or it might turn out to be a sealed unit.
