Credit Balance Igloo to Eon

I've just had an amount credited to my Eon account from my Igloo Account, it's way below what I was expecting and does not reflect mu final balance with Igloo. Any know who I should contact?

I’ve had lots of issues with EON since igloo went and I’ve found that Facebook messenger is a good way to contact them. They’ve sorted things out almost immediately. I have realised that you need to keep on top of everything with them. They have tried to overcharge me twice now, debiting random amounts that are way over my usage but when I contacted them, they changed the amount in real time. Get in touch with them asap.

As mine was short as well. £66.98.
Thankfully I have a screenshot of the balance the day they went under & each month as the DD went in.

Not really impressed with Eon Next. As 12 days after a meter reading and still no bill showing, yet they manage to show how much the cost is the same day.
Every other energy co seems to generate a bill either same or next day..

Have you had your final bill from Igloo? What does that say your final balance is?

My EON account has looked wrong up to yesterday, but it all looks correct now. Balance as per final Igloo bill transferred. On the DD tariff, and correct amount appears to have been charged after the first reading I gave them. No proper bill yet though.

Igloo issues final bill 20 December, but did not send any emails out to advise on this. The amount of the bill now balances up the credit on Eon acc.
Just a shame that Eon rep responding to email did not mention this....

So 3 months (4 Oct to 18 Dec) gas & Electric has just come to £200 with Eon. Happy with that

My transferred credit balance is around £100 short. EON say Igloo won't talk to them and Igloo don't want to talk to me.
