Am with the above insurance and just asked if I could give my partner practice in my car she has Provinsl license would I be able to that told not to take L drivers 
Am fully com p ins 

any suggestions on how I can do this

have you called the to check? They would need provisional car insurance as well

That's not entirely clear.

I think what you are saying is that you have fully comp insurance and your partner is not a named driver. In order for your partner to legally drive your car you can either

1. Ask your insurer to add her as a named driver on your policy, or
2. Get a separate policy for her.

A separate policy might be complicated as it's not usual for there to be 2 policies on the same car, but there may be specialists that will do it?
