Hearing Aids NHS / Specsavers

Can anyone tell me if I can "upgrade" the NHS spec aids from specsavers by paying the difference for higher spec aids?  many thanks

If their glasses are any indication I would suspect that there are all sorts of options on upgrading for a series of small fees.  I would have thought that if you went in to get something from you they would be giving you all sorts of options, likely many more than you want!.  That's what happens whenever I've been in there (& most other places) for glasses.

I have wonderful hearing aids from the NHS. Linked to an app on my phone, they are super and super-adjustable.

It's not in anyone's interests to fob you off with something which doesn't work for you. You just keep going back until you're happy.

But bear in mind what suits one person may be completely wrong for you.

DH has come home today with new NHS hearing aids. He asked about Bluetooth, but apparently his loss won't fit well with the Bluetooth options. They've made a note to review this next year.

They are danlogic GN.  Previous aids just increased volume, these give me back clarity.
