I think you can save #6 and 7 for WS stage.  That will make it more concise.

The previous instructions by KeithP and in the 12 numbered steps by coupon mad in the defence template post tell you what , where and how

Most people would not print it and sign and scan , we would save the document as a pdf after adding a digital signature to it , black pen on white paper , scan it or take a picture , then email it to the CCBC by following the instructions on here

No paper required , apart from the small piece containing your signature

Why not?  That's disappointing and worrying!

You should do, being here and having read the Newbies thread. We do this every day.  All newbies know what to do by reading the resources here.

There is a section in the NEWBIES thread with a heading in red font and capital letters called IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

You'd feel a lot more confident if you just read what we provide for people in your shoes.  Please don't come back asking what to do with the N180 DQ or telling us that the solicitor has responded with a letter saying your template defence is 'nonsensical' and copied and pasted from an internet forum.
