Sheridans Service

Unfortunately we have had a similar experience with Sheridans today. My husband is self employed (working in the evenings) and has had to stay in to wait for them from 5pm.  as the Wickes fitter left for the day refusing to wait any longer. We have had to cancel several customers as a result. The Sheridans fitter sent several texts during the day to say he was coming and then switched his phone off in the evening. We do not know if our kitchen will be finished for Christmas but would not have gone with Wickes (due to the nightmare we have had) had we read this article first.

We seem to be missing quite a lot here?   Was this meant to be a follow up post in an existing thread?
  • Good question!

OP has only made 2 posts, and the other was back in 2020 on savings.

Suggests they were intending to reply to someone else's thread about Sheridans but started a new one instead

I think scagage's recent comment belongs to the discussion 'Sheridan worktops awful service - Wickes kitchen' but if so they are a little late - that thread was closed more than three years ago.
  • Yes well the points are still pertinent and Sheridans have passed back the responsibility.

So what exactly is the question you are wanting a answer on, given this is the consumer rights section?
