Thought I'd share a good customer interaction I had with Zwift, since there is an imbalance of praise and vent on here!
My treadmill sensor that I'd bought from them for £77 was subtly faulty. I shared the troubleshooting email interaction I had with the manufacturer, and they immediately sent out another next day delivery, and said don't worry about sending the old one back!
Customer service is still important to some companies after all.
