HP laptop screen replacement

Hi,
We have a HP Pavilion 15.6in Ryzen 5 8GB 256GB GTX1050 Gaming Laptop but the screen has been cracked and I will replace it myself (normally simple enough).
But I'm not sure what the screen is, I have taken it off and see its a Innolux screen.
The only numbers I can find are in this attached image but I can't seem to find this part. Am I look at the wrong numbers?
Thanks

Your photo is showing the model and serial numbers the control board and not the panel itself.Michela said:Hi,

The exact model number of the laptop is a better starting point eg:

This appears to be an exact match for your model number and a bit cheaper than Amazon:

The one you linked to on Amazon is for the 15-EC0000NA model and not the 15EC1000NA model that you have so it could be slightly different.

Oh wonderful, thank you. Perhaps a silly question but is that pic showing the connection point from the back?[Deleted User] said:This appears to be an exact match for your model number and a bit cheaper than Amazon:

Looking at my laptop face on, the 30 pin connection plug is on the left.

Not a silly question.
But you need to visit SpecSavers.
Yes; it's the back.

I do too. Note that there is a Glossy option....just in case you are interested in that sort of thing; but that you really are having problems with your observational skills
Seriously though; impressive that you are tackling it yourself.
