Entitlement to benefits is a very complex and confusing area, even more so for somebody who I take it is quite young and never faced the situation before. This is where the company should be on top of their game, but sadly very clearly isn't.

Hadn't heard anything from them so it thought everything was fine, today I wasn't paid anything and messaged a manager and she said I wasn't eligible which is true but I'm just a little annoyed they didn't say anything and probably wasn't going to if I hadn't messaged. Looking online it says they should have sent me an SSP1 form within the first seven days? I'm a full time student so I can't receive universal credit and am now stuck without money over Christmas, what should I do?
And find a doctor who knows how many days are in November.
I've asked for the form, thank you.
Just hoping it's not going to take forever, I can't believe they waited this long to tell me I'm not eligible0
