So i did an information request and was provided with photos, one of the images shows a parking sign, however, there are no vehicles parked by that sign, and no evidence of any other signs.
https  we.tl/t-kiLQDgsupy is a link to the photo.

Also, the car in the photo is blue but the documentation says it is grey, would I have any standing with this?
Minor errors are a trivial matter , maybe the colour vision of the operative is impaired

The vehicle is identified by the VRM , the rest doesn't really matter

That takes me to a website called WeTransfer, then asks me to agree to terms and conditions. I suggest you upload the image to Dropbox or similar and post the link here, but change https to hxxps.

You have no way of knowing that !! Everyone has a Defence , everyone !

No chance , plus it's not a fine either , it's an invoice

It's either pay the claim in full ( not recommended ) , or better still , Defend the claim and let a judge decide if any money is owed , and how much ( typically £200 for one PCN if you lost in court )

    Your link made live.

For your defence you have at the very least,

    Not the landowner
No standing to issue charges in their own name
    Inadequate signage
    Loading/unloading is not parking

Can you get your own photos?
Have you had a look so see if the entrance appears on Streetview?

I followed the steps to complete an AOS today 16/12/21...

With a Claim Issue Date of 8th December, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 10th January 2022 to file your Defence.

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

    Is this the place?

15 Paradise St - Google Maps

If you approached with the site on your right you wouldn't see the sign on the fence at all.

If you approached from the left, you wouldn't see let alone be able to read the sign on the grey building under the name Cooper Callas.

Images from 2016 show people sitting outside as if they are on a break.
Images from 2018 show the place as being a building site.
I would aver that the site had been sold for development before the date of the alleged event, meaning the claimant no longer had a contract with the landowner, and put them to strict proof that the contrary was true.

The signs are also forbidding in nature, so that should be an additional defence point.

The best i can show using google maps is that the signs moved as supporting evidence that they were removed and reinstalled
But no evidence goes with a defence.  Save them for the witness statement stage further in the process.

How on earth did you conclude that from our advice on how to defend this?   We never tell anyone to pay a parking court claim because even if you lose you'd pay less!

This is a no-brainer to defend and is as easy as all the other exact same UKPC threads right now.
