Sourcing replacement wardrobe doors

Hi, I’ve bought a house with a multitude of fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom and I’d like to replace the slightly too ornate bevelled & mirrored doors with something a bit less busy.
The carcasses for each double wardrobe (we have 5 doubles
) measure 89cm wide by 209cm high & 50cm deep. So each door is 44cm wide by 200 high with 3 hinges (look like ‘kitchen’ hinges).
I’d assumed this was some sort of standard dimension, but for the life of me I can’t find anything to match this: diy sheds, next, John Lewis, ikea…
does anyone know where I can source replacement doors ?
many thanks 🙂

You could try someone like https://kitchenandbedroomdoors.co.uk/ - The vinyl wrap should be OK in a bedroom (not that impressed with durability in a kitchen),
