new agreement added

as the topic says, ive had a email saying new agreement added and its from bt
ive got my landline from plusnet middle of my current contract not reported
ive had my mobile with ee from the year dot and they have got there own report , which i have just renewed my sim only contract

so this bt has just shown up nothing to do with me, help guys

only thing i can think of is adding bt sports on a fixed contract with sky?

Check to see if it really does appear on your files.

ive called bt ,  they are saying i was going to have bt sports through plusnet, i cancelled it within 24 (not even connected)
nothing showed up on latest bill, ive put a complaints letter in to clearscore and bt have also put this on the acc 
sit back and wait to see what happens

also i was not told there was going to be a entry going to be placed on my file

again, nobody told me that a entry was going to be put on my credit file when applying for btsports with plusnet

Why should they tell you it would be on your file ?

There's a big difference between being told something wouldn't be done and not being told something would be.
