As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for potential police tickets. Register there but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering and post a new thread; here's your link:Have a read through some of the other threads to get the hang of what information they might need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of any correspondence should you receive in due course from the police (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Unless you were spotted by the police, or a motorist with a dash cam (not that the police would likely care if it were reported and there was no accident/damage etc), I'd say very unlikely. I've never personally seen a temp light that had a camera on it either....2

Not our expertise on here this is a parking forum, but unless you were seen and reported it won't be classed as anything. The actual offence is failing to comply with traffic light signals is known as a code TS10 driving offence.

1. Someone witnessed it, AND
2. They got the vehicle registration, AND
3. They felt it egregious enough to bother to report, AND
4. The police felt there was sufficient evidence (beyond someone just saying they saw it) to do anything about it.
I wouldn't bother with Pepipoo unless you actually receive something. They'll be pretty dismissive of "what if" hypotheticals like this. It would be a red light offence at most - certainly not dangerous unless you blasted through at 100mph against oncoming traffic.2 -

Could I revive a NIP though0

It's not worth worrying about. It's very very very (you get the picture) unlikely you'll get anything and in the very very very unlikely event you do, worry about it then2
