Application lodged

Hi there, I have set up an alert as I think a property has been purchased by my ex before the divorce is finalised. The alert has said "Set out below are details of applications or searches which are pending against the property at this time". The application was lodged at the beginning of August this year, why would this not be lodged fully by now (mid December).
Can someone please let me know? If you can reply with an email address I'll send the reference over.

Why should your ex not buy a property if (s)he wishes?Of course, the property will form part of the divorce settlement inplace of the cash/asets (s)he had prior to the purchase.I'm also intrigued how you knew what property to set the alert up on. Did (s)he tell you (s)he was buying this property? What are the details mentioned in the alert? If searches or similar were arried out in August, that does not mean necessarily that anything further has happened. If the property had been purchased, a further alert would have been sent.0

The OP says an 'application ' was lodged in August and wants to know why it is still only pending.
The OP has not given details of what the application was for.0 -
The alert service is simply that, an email notification. It provides the very basic of details re who lodged what and when. The service is aimed at those wishing to help protect a property from fraud so knowing X has lodged an application and they are known to you.If X is not known to you then you can either contact them to enquire Or you can submit an OS3 application to get more details re what the application is for.The alert notification doesn’t provide any additional detail or entitle you to same“Official Company Representative
