Paypal payments automatically taken. How to stop,

This has happened to me 2 or 3 times now. I've just made a charity donation via paypal & I was taken straight to the payment received page once I'd stated my donation amount, on the charity web page, without even having to input my password or user name to access the paypal page. I don't like this at all & can't seem to find how to put a stop to money being paid without me filling out my sign in info.

In Settings, Security there is a Skip extra approvals for faster payments heading so maybe there is a listing in there.
