Scottish power refusing to update credit file after dro

can any can anyone advise what to do?
Scottish power refusing to update credit file post DRO and when disputes raised to update they are saying the amount is still payable. 

I have tried raising complaints with the company and raising disputes however keep getting the same spiel 
many help much appreciated
