Parking at Stansted Airport parking

Hi, I parked at Radisson Blue Hotel at Stansted and I know it's my fault because I didn't pay the car parking charge, basically I forgot 🤦♂️. Date of the event:20/11/21, Date of issued 6/12/21, received the letter today 15/12/21. It says if I pay this ticket within 14 days of the date issued it will be reduced to £60 from £100. My question is do they have to issue any ticket within 14 days of the event? If so can I appel to it because they definitely gone over the 14 days of the event date

Yes if they are to hold a keeper liable it must reach you within 14 days. But all this is already explained in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST where the template appeal is, for all cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which parking firm? Depending on your reply, there are different ways of dealing with some PPCs.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
