Ticketmaster refunds

I requested a refund from Ticketmaster for 1 ticket for a now  twice postponed concert which was booked 2 years ago as one of our party can't go  - it went through on their automated system - fine I thought until I realised that the card they refunded (Asda Credit Card) no longer exists !

Ticketmaster have informed me that I will have to "wait" until it bounces back which I think is not satisfactory - have tried contacting Creation via their online who used to look after the Asda Credit card but have not responded despite the form saying they would be in touch within 5 working days.  Have got back to Ticketmaster and all I have had  is 2 identical automated emails saying they are very busy and will update in 2 days - Twitter DM which is normally pretty good have not responded either 

What should I do next ? To give them the benefit of the doubt this is probably happening a lot with delayed concerts on old credit cards but they should have though of this before they do an automated refund to give an option of an alternative refund method ??

Refunding to the original card is standard procedure.  It might be worth phoning Creation on 0371 376 9214, to find out their procedures.  If they are holding the funds they should be able to arrange a credit to your bank account.

Thank you for your response - I did try ringing them first but couldn't get through !  Will try again first !
