Going London to Dublin from 21 til 23 Dec (2 nights) and can't work out what tests are needed.

Looks like no tests are needed for return leg.1 -
Irish location form and negative Antigen within 48 hours before departure.
Nothing on the return as long as you have not been outside the Common Travel Area in the previous 11 full days (10 days + day 0).
