I am currently being chased by dcbl for parking charges from 2017,I have received a letter of intent and was wondering if I paid the £100 fine, dcbl 
want £160,would that be legal,any help would be appreciated

    Was this DCB Limited or DCB Legal? If Limited then it's merely a debt collector letter which can be ignored.
