I had this issue a few months ago I won 40p on a free spin deposited £10 to withdraw it was shut down in hours.
This time I got a few hundred pounds on Virgin games in a few night so account was shut down by finance team no reason no appeals. I raised issue with resolver but won’t hold out any hope.
I heard before these sort of apps close people down if they win any big wins. Is this common? Totally puts me off using these apps where as the good old betting shops you can put your pound coins in and no hassle? Or sometimes I take cash out put money in later in day maybe they dislike that?

As a former matched better - It's very true, especially where free bets/bonuses are involved.

Why do they do it? Just don’t like paying out free money? But happy to take money off youpowerful_Rogue said:gadget88 said:I had this issue a few months ago I won 40p on a free spin deposited £10 to withdraw it was shut down in hours. This time I got a few hundred pounds on Virgin games in a few night so account was shut down by finance team no reason no appeals. They do it because they have a business to run. Of course they are happy to take money from you, they are in it for themselves, after all.gadget88 said:

Apps may let you win a few games to draw you in but then, once you've been hooked they take all your money and if you win too many times your account gets closed down. It's gambling. I guess they can (and do) make up their own rules. You have to ensure that you read all the print, small included. Because they want money, they don't want to be fair.
