When are they serious cause for concern?
I have the attached in a bathroom and was planning getting a decorator to sand/paint over but are these cause for concern and need further investigation? For info there is a flat above . 3 images are different views of one crack, the other is of the ceiling.

Just checking i'm understanding - the cracks are horizontal, yes ?
And also some vertical between 2 walls - where the 2 meet together, yes ?
And also along the ground ?

It's impossible to tell without seeing the full context. They don't look particularly worrying, but I'd need to see the whole room and the adjoining rooms before I could make a call on if they were structural or cosmetic.0

You need to put a few more details up as well.
How old is the property?
What are the walls contruction. e.g. Solid brick, cavity, timber frame?
Exterior photos.
